For the last few years I have been talking to everyone who would listen about the last great thing I tasted, braised, or baked. A few of those kind (or tired) listeners suggested that I write a blog, I've finally dived in fork first! Over the last few years I have developed a passion for deliciousness. Whether I am cooking or savoring the culinary delights of another, I relentlessly pursue that perfect bite.
